Where can I park?
each practice has free parking available for you to use on sight.
Noosa - Use Noosa Springs Resport Fitness Centre parking (follow the signs)
Sippy Downs - out the front of My Fitness Health Club
Toowoomba - undercover parking out the front of Breathe Health club
Coolangatta - to access undercover parking please use Oasis resort entrance off Marine Parade
Do you Bulk-Bill?
Yes. But this service is only available for Enhanced Primary Care Medicare patients with an eligible concessions/pensioners card. Please talk to your Exercise Physiologist about your eligibility.
what is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change, however, as your appointment has been reserved especially for you we appreciate 24 hours notice to be given in order to reschedule your appointment, otherwise cancellation fees may be applicable. Make the most of your time by arriving 5-10 minutes before your appointment to prepare. Arriving late will only lessen your appointment time but will still incur a payment.
How long are your consultations?
Initial consultations are 45 minutes and follow-up consultations are 30 minutes however depending on your arrangement with your Exercise Physiologist, follow-up consultations can be longer on request. We want to make sure you get the most out of your sessions.
What do I bring along to my consultation?
It is advisable that you wear loose comfortable clothing that is adequate to exercise in and does not restrict movement. Comfortable enclosed footwear is also recommended plus a towel and a water bottle. Each practice has lockers for you to lock your valuables in during your consultation and drinking fountains are available to top up your water bottle.
Do I need a referral?
If you are seeking Medicare, DVA, Workcover or Private health insurance rebates you will need to obtain a referral by your Doctor.
Private consultations do not require for you to have a Doctors referral however we do recommend you talk to you doctor if you have a medical history that could be affected by exercise.
Give us a call and we can discuss with you the right pathway to obtain a referral. We can issue you with a letter of request.
